All files on iPad Pro disappeared from illustrator after recent update

Hi 

I had all my graphic designs on illustrator (since May 2023), but when my ipad did an update the other day all the files are now missing. I'm using a work account (for personal use) and our IT are unable to help.

Is there a way to undo the update, or locate my files?
