All my Team experiencing crashes of Illustrator and Photoshop after new update

Hi, all of my team are experiencing crashes of both Illustrator and Photoshop since the recent updates, we are all on the most up to date mac system, why is this happening? We are all so sick of this holding up and slowing us down

Please tell us about your hardware and system setups.

From which to which version did you update Illustrator?

When does the crash happen? When launching the apps? WHen opening files? Something else?

If you get Illustrator crash reporter on a crash, then would you mind submitting the crash report as suggested in this helpx article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html)? This would help us investigate the crash.
While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address with which you are signed in on this community or share your teammates' email(s) via DM with me. This will help us find the crash report and assist accordingly.

 

Also, would you mind describing the scenarios in which the crash is happening for you and your team? Does it happen while working, using a particular tool/ effect, or after performing an action like save, export, etc.?
