All of Artwork not Showing in Preview

I recently ran into an issue once my AI file has been exported to a PDF, all of the artwork does not show in preview mode, or in other applications like Corel. Could it be from my save settings?

The lines show in Acrobat. It was just a simple line tool.

Preview mode in what application?

It did not show the lines when opened in Corel. In Microsoft Onedrive and Outlook it did not show the lines in preview mode.

    I exported it as a PDF, these are my settings. The most recent version, 26.2.1
