Question

AMD Ryzen 5 5600g and GPU Performance

Hi there! Trying to find solution for my problem, maybe someone could help me?

My PC have newest AMD Ryzen 5 5600g processor with integrated Radeon™ Graphics, but for some reasons, i can't turn on "GPU Performance" option in settings. In the same time, my old laptop with much weaker processor Intel® Core™ i7-8550U have this option (GPU Performance + Animated Zoom).

Both have only integrated graphics (APU)

Could someone help me, please?

Hi @rrondoo,

Thanks for reaching out. I am afraid your GPU is not compatible with Illustrator. I checked the screenshot and mentioned VRAM is 512 Mb, i.e., 0.5 GB. To use GPU Performance in Illustrator, your Windows should have a minimum of 1 GB of VRAM (4 GB is recommended).
