Anchor point weird snapping together behaviour

A few times now I've had this experience. I recorded a videos showing the bug.
Some anchors seem to be linked to each other when I click them. I'm not holding ALT, SHIFT or CTRL. I'm just clicking in the anchor, and the other one snaps to same place, and I cannot "separate" them again.
I'm using AI version 27.9.
I've uploaded the file if somebody wants to check what I'm talking about.
