Question

Animate mesh points

I would like to animate the mesh points which i created in illustrator. The thing is that i like the glitch that it creates when edges of the object with gradient mesh collide. I created low quality animation by making multiple layers in illustrator and making gif from it. Here is an example.

The thing is that i would like to find a way how to manage and manipulate with mesh points more easily and with more control over it. There is no possibility to import the mesh points grid in Animate CC nor in After Effects or Edge Animate.

Do you know if there is any way to do it? I can do it in the same way like i did this gif but it would be better to have more control over position of specific point on every frame.

Completely wrong approach. Create this stuff natively in AE or animate using other techniques.

Allright thanks. Do you have any idea how i can create similar effect in AE? To be more specific - effect of having more gradients in one object. I wanted them to react to changes of the object shape and also acording to the color changes of other gradients in the picture. Thanks again

After Effects or Animate.

Meshes will be exported as raster images.

You can't even create a blend with them (which might have been a workaround in Illustrator).
