When I search about this issue, I realize that many people have it too.When I use Ctrl + Space and drag left mouse, the animated zoom not work. This happens only with some certain files and I don't know the reason. I know we can turn it on or off by View > Preview on CPU but it was gray out. After searching around, I found a way to fix it. Close the file and double click the file to open it again and the animated zoom work properly. But I don't want to do it any time I use the file. And it's not the thoroughly solution. Restart PC not work. My system info:CPU: i7-8565UGPU: Nvidia GTX 1650RAM: 16GBAdobe illustrator CC 2019

Animated zoom (Scrubby zoom) not working properly, April 2021

When I search about this issue, I realize that many people have it too.
