Animated zooming is wonky when Rotate View tool is used

Normally, when you use animated zoom, it zooms in on the location of your cursor. But if you rotate the page with the Rotate View tool, the behavior is wonky, unpredictable, and downright unusable. Please fix this so zoom works the same way regardless of your view angle. Here's a video of the problem:
