Every version of adobe makes me chuckle.

 

Look how glitchy it is the latst version 26.0.3.

This is freshly installed Ai. 😞 

I am wondered how each app dev team having meeting. Ai team: let's make UI two times bigger and make user to make it back to smaller.

Exactly what are we seeing in that video? You're dragging those panels wider and narrower and then the interface turns black?

Exactly as you see. Today I made fresh windows 10 install, fresh adobe package but still as you see. It is not slow FPS video as you see my mouse is moving normally. Still glitchy. 😞

Sorry to hear about the problem. I hope it is resolved by now. If not, I would recommend updating to the latest version of Illustrator.
