Apply "Scale stroke & Effects" option temporally

is there an option to maintain strokes scale temporarly in only one scale, instead of pernament preference?

i know that in Indesign it's possible using CTRL.

You can find it on the properties panel (when objects are selected). Or on the transform panel (you need to show options)

The setting sis available in several panels. But there's no keystroke to trigger it.
