Buen día.

Tengo un problema de archivo en Adobe Illustrator que no me deja abrirlo cuando se cortó la luz.

Alguien puede recuperarlo. Lo necesito para trabajar.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Did your computer shut off completely while you were using Illustrator? If yes then the TEMP file saved in the Data Recovery folder might have been deleted.

In case you face recurring power failures, please save your files as Cloud Documents to avoid loss of work. It automatically saves the progress and creates version history as well. For more details check out this help article.
