Arial font problem

Hello everyone
When I use Acrobat or Illustrator and I use the Arial font for my projects, when saving it it sends me back this error:
"The font could not be embedded because the font stored on the page and the system font are encoded differently and the encodings could not be found."
Can anyone tell me how I can solve?

There are several versions of Arial that differ in encoding among other things. For the font to be embedded it has to be consistently in the same encoding. Do you have placed artwork with Arial and then text as Arial in the same document? Check in the Find font dialog box if you can consolidate so that you only have one version of Arial. (Arial, Times New Roman and Helvetica Neue all can have this kind of issue.)

Make sure you do not have multiple installations of the font in your various computers. Try using a single OTF version of the font throughout your project. As I read from your text this has happened several times? You can also try in Acrobat first to unembedd the font Arial and then to embedd it again, that way you know you are only refferencing the one font. (Arial as being one of the basic webfonts is usually safe to unembedd as most systems will display the art with the local version of Arial)

Well, it very much  means what it says. Without any info about things like your system language settings, document settings and so on we can't tell you more.
