Artboard disappear

I had create a few artborad in my project file then save and close it. The artboard will be remain only one when I open the file. The other has disappeared. How can fix this bug?

I use the illustrator cc ver 22.1

Right, I found I had used the old version file. So the artboard cannot create more than one. Now I have save as the new file version that's problem has been solved.
