Artboard Navigation Shortcuts NOT WORKING! Please Help -----ILLUSTRATOR 2023

Hello there! I need help with Navigation shortcuts for my Dell Laptop, Windows 10 Pro. ILUSTRATOR 2023

Note: My keyboard does not have Page Up & Page Down keys.

Tried Methods: Resetting, Closing and Restarting Illustrator and Restarting my Laptop 

 

Attached the screenshot of tried shortcuts but not working.

Hi @Ketan27058917jrfp,

 

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details. This can happen due to multiple reasons:

  • Third-party apps (chrome, MS Word, etc.) or browser extensions interfere with the keyboard.
    Try closing other apps one by one and see if that helps, or run Illustrator under safe mode to check whether keyboard shortcuts are working or not.
  • Ai preferences have gotten corrupted.
  • The keyboard keys are malfunctioning.
  • Windows input language settings don't match Illustrator language.

 

Also, as a workaround, you can try assigning your customized keystrokes to the shortcuts.

Hello there! 

Thank you for your reply.. Tried all the methods that you shared none of them are working. 

All other shortcuts are working apart from Artboard Navigation Shortcuts. (it is reallhy critical fro me to solve this problem)

Please help!
