Была проблема с потеряным файлом Creative Cloud

переустановила, проблема исчезла.... только он теперь русский )))))))

если русский интерфейс раздражает (очень понимаю! ), надо снести Иллюстратор и установить снова через окно Creative Clouds, но сначала зайти в Установки - Creative Clouds - Язык приложений. Выбрать нужный язык и запустить установку.
По умолчанию Клауд  автоматом ставит язык, соответствующий географической локализации, так что в наших краях чуть не уследишь - получишь русскую версию . А при восстановлении после сбоя уследить трудно, оно автоматом ставится по базовым настройкам.

Selecting multiple artboards with the Shift key is new—I think it started with the 2018 version of CC.

Alt (or Option) + Drag with copy the artboard.

You can't select multiple artboards in earlier versions. You have to upgrade if you want this feature.

What is it, exactly, that you are trying to do? Because Custom Artboards can be used in many ways without multiple selecting them. We might be able to help you another way.
