Assest export different colors to colors in document (RGB)

I'm using the asset export panel and the exported asset appears to have different colours to the one in the document. But when i check the colors they are both identical hex number even though one appears to be duller. I thought this might be an issue with my color space but my color profile in on RGB. Is there another way to fix my color profile?
