Atalho "Criar contornos" não funciona

Olá pessoal, boa noite.

Estou tendo problemas ao utilizar o atalho de "Criar Contornos" no Illustrator.

O atalho original é: shift + ctrl + O. Porém, ao executar, ele não transforma o texto em contorno, por exemplo. Já tentei alterar o atalho para testar, e também não funcionou.

Alguém já teve esse mesmo problema?
