On the 24th December 2021, I purchased a year subscription to Adobe Illustrator as a gift. This auto-renewed on the 24th December 2022 but unfortunately I was unable to cancel within the 14 day period. I do not wish to have a subscription to Illustrator and would like a refund for the year.

It doesn't seem to be possible to get in contact with a member of staff any more. That link only leads to tutorials and this forum. I will try to ring them tomorrow, but it would be nice to be able to email or message somebody. I appreciate your help, though.
The chat is in the bottom right. You need to be logged into your Adobe ID. If it doesn't work, please try a different browser.
Hi Monika, the chat icon didn't appear on Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. But I found it after installing Firefox. Once I got on the chat, the issue was resolved!

I found that, if I had at some point disabled some cookies for the Adobe site, the chat window didn't appear. Try enabling all if the window doesn't appear initially:
