Auto Save temporarily disabled save document manually?????????????????????

Hello all,

New quandry for the community. It started last week, I would go to save a document and recieve this warning "Auto Save is temporarily disabled for this document. Please save document manually."

It just won't save. Not to the Creative Cloud via save, save as, save a copy, save as a templet. 

It doen't save to the desktop, a different folder.

There are no files in auto recovery.

Many documents I started are just gone, as if they never existed. Why is this? 

I have checked the school laptop, desktop, and home computer. The prefrence has always been set to autosave every 2 min to the Creative Cloud.

What is going on? How do I resolve this? I'm afraid to do anything for fear it just disapears, again and won't save no matter what I click on.
