Ayuda se cierra solo el illustrator cc 2015.3

Hola que tal a todos espero que me ayuden a resolver mi problema, es el siguiente : yo uso PC, acabo de descargarme Creative Cloud, a su vez tambien Illustrator CC 2015.3, he ahi el problema por que cuando abro el Illustrator CC,me aparece la ilustracion de la mujer luego aparece la ventana principal y a los pocos segundos se cierra automaticamente.
