Backup Workspaces?

So after creating multiple workspaces that are great for me, is there a way to export and save these in case I somehow lose them? Or need to move them to my other computer? It took about an hour to get them all set up..

On a Mac you can backup the Workspaces folder found in theLibrary > Preferences > Illustrator 22 Settings > (Your Language) folder
