Hello All, can can i design the guarantee badges with stars in illustrator any help would be appreciated. thank you

The text is text on a path. 

The stars can be arranged with the new Objects on a path tool/function

You will have to draw some circles plus the truck and the lock.

Muhammad, these badges were created by using Type on a Path as Monica mentioned.

For the stars, I simply used ITC Zapf Dingbats.

Check your Glyphs panel. Many fonts have extra goodies.
