Barcode ruined when outlined

Explorer ,
Nov 29, 2022 Nov 29, 2022

I am preparing a set of labels needing a barcode which I have done many times. For some reason one sku that looks fine when not outlined loses several bars in the middle of the run when I do outline. This is the only instance of this happening on literally hundreds of labels created over time. The font used is
LIBRE BARCODE 128 TEXT and the physical SKU number used to generate that barcode is UVS12mmrctglDRKGRY.

How can I fix this problem? 2 images below, first NOT outlined, the 2nd is outlined. There are 18 other Artboards all with barcodes, all worked fine when outlined.
