Best way to automate iOS app icon export

Illustrator noob here, so go easy on me.  I designed an app icon in a 1024x1024 artboard and I want to export it to PNG in all the sizes needed for an iOS app.  I think I can manually list them all in "Export for Screens", but surely there is a better way?

In the Export for Screens panel just click on the "iOS" button

So maybe I'm missing something, but when I do that it brings up 1x, 2x, and 3x, then exports just the 1024x1024 artboard at 1x, 2x, and 3x.  However, for an iOS app you need many different sizes (e.g. 20, 29, 40, 76, 83.5), all at 1x, 2x, and 3x, plus 1024 at 1x, so about 20 different files all together.  It's not massively costly to just type them all in separately, but I was thinking people must have a better way.
