Black screen illustrator

hello, I was on illustrator clicking alot when it wasnt responding, then the screen turned black with blue dots. How do I get rid of this to see my artboards?

Hello @Alyssa_O1515,

This seems to be a GPU related issue. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4jspNwH) and checking if it helps?
