Blank Illustrator templates not showing / unable to set canvas measurement

Hi there!

I've updated Illustrator 8 days ago and I ran into this problem: none of the blank templates are showing except for those from the 'Start a new file fast' section. I've seen someone had the same problem 2 years ago, but upon downloading one of the free adobe stock templates the others appeared. However, downloading doesn't work either.

Any suggestions?
