Blank what's new/ tooltip window on Illustrator UI

I cannot get rid of the blue box that appears under the Lightbulb icon and it's blocking me from doing my work on the Illustrator. Please let me know if you know how I could get rid of the box!

We have tried to address this issue in our latest release v25.4.1. Please update Illustrator to the latest version to get this fixed. Hi! I am using 2021 adobe illustrator for a while now and after the latest update my tips icon got like this....any idea on how to remove it? re-installed several times and I still have the same issue.

Great. That seems to be working now. I thought it was that which might be stopping the traffic light window controls from working, but they still do nothing at all. I guess that's a separate thread!

I've just be forced out of Illustrator and it's logged me out of creative cloud. Lost work that will cost me money as I will miss a deadline.

Creative cloud then wouldn't let me log back in saying there is maintenance on my account.

Now I'm finally back in and this stupid blue block is now blocking me from redoing all the work lost.

This is so stupid, same exact problem. Empty blue speech bubble that cant be closed and the solutions in this thread are nowhere to be found. Im not even able to find this location "'/Users/<username>/Library/Caches/Adobe/Experimentation'"

there is no such folder called adobe in my caches. The other solution that includes renaming files, the files that I'm to rename do not exist. How is there not a default feature to turn off these stupid bubbles in the app? Always these kinds of problems with adobe products.

Sorry about the inconvenience this issue has caused. We are currently investigating this issue. Till the time it is fixed, please try the workaround shared by @Lea5DAF
Go to '/Users/username>/Library/Caches/Adobe/Experimentation' and remove everything from this folder.

How do I remove the blue talk bubble in the upper right corner? Doesn't help to restart the program.

Hi All,

I am getting an odd black box popping up under the tutotials 'lightbulb' icon.

It goes away when I click outside illustrator, but always comes back. I have done all the obvious (to me) things to get rid of it but it is still there...

Any suggestions? it is very annoying.

what solutions have you tried? Have you deactivated tooltips? Have you reset your Illustrator preferences?

Hi,

Please can someone advise how to turn off this blank blue box? I've pressed the lightbulb but it brings up the learning information and doesn't turn the blue box. I've only installed Illustrator on my iMac within the last half an hour. Also have closed and opened the software again.

Try fully quiting Illustrator and reopening it. Also uncheck Show Tool Tips in your Illustrator Prefrences.

I have had this issue for the last few days after I recently updated to 25.3.1 on Catalina 10.15.7 I have tried resetting my preferences, taking off tool tips, and restarting my computer. But it continues to pop up and block the entire right hand corner so I am unable to work to the full extent. Any help would be nice.

I tried everything on page one of this thread and nothing worked until I did this:

Close Illustrator and other Adobe apps.
Go to '/Users/<username>/Library/Caches/Adobe/Experimentation' and clean this folder.

A clean install did not work. Resetting preferences didn't work. Clicking the light bulb did nothing but open another empty window with a blue background. Obviously a glitch in the update.
