I've just been using objects with drop shadows (added in, in Illustrator) to a PSD. Usually the bounding box is just the edge of the image, but for some reason its now at the edge of the drop shadow. This is annoying. How can I get it back so the bounding box is just to the edge of the image? I had to take an image with my iPhone as the bounding box lines dissappear when taking a screenshot.
Richard,
What happens if you abstain from Use Preview Bounds in Preferences?

So the screenshot is from Illustrator? Photoshop?
I also do not understand what you did. Can you please write it step by step?

It's from Illustrator. See attached movie. The bounding box seems to change size when rotating? Weird? I just want to keep the Bounding box switched on,so I can rotate without using the rotate tool. However with the Bounding Box switched on the anchor points are at the dge of the drop shadow and as you can see from the movie, alter postion after I have rotated the PSD. I dont remember this happening before the latest upgrades.

Bingo. Thanks Jacob Bugge. This solved my problem. I turned off 'Use Preview Bounds' in Illustrator and now its back to how I normally use it. Many thanks.
