Bringing Gradient Effect

How can you bring this gradient effect? I brought this but I am not satified because in my one center color shows white & pink mix, in the tutorial it is not the case.

This is just a circular gradient. What's the problem?

There is a difference in BG of the video & my work BG. In my work BG of centre is more white color than in video. How to get centre BG color of the video.
