Broken vector shapes on Retina and 4K monitor

How this could be fixed? Simple vector shapes are displayed broken..

I'm on newest Macbook Pro and Dell 4k external monitor.

Any ideas?

    When you start a document you also indicate the default view of the file:

    Check it out and you can check it on the View menu bar.
