Cemc, Hi.

My thoughts are the Colorization settings in you Art Brush.

Double click on your Art Brush, check there.

So if I'm seeing that correctly, you chose blue and those strokes are green?

Is perhaps color proof for color blindness turned on in the View menu?

If that is not the case, can you please select one of those strokes and show us the Appearance panel? Please embed that screenshot in your post. It's easier for us.

Also please double click the brush in the brushes panel and take a screenshot of its options.

Or upload the AI file to Dropbox or Creative Cloud and share a link.

Thank you for the screenshot. This is really weird. I'm soo curious to see that AI file. Can you perhaps upload it?

What you need to draw with the desired color is the colorization method "Tints". But it should give you the color you specified.

I changed colorization to Tints and now brushes strokes with color I picked. But now I wonder is there a way to apply it multiple brushes? Or should I do it one by one?

You need to change them one by one.
