Olá Galera.

Alguém me ajude, abro o ilustrator e quando vou abrir o seletor de cor, ou qualquer coutra função que abra uma outra aba ela fecha sozinha.

Hi @Nicolas Fernandes,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with Illustrator where certain functions, like the color selector, are causing the program to close unexpectedly. This can be frustrating. Would you mind trying the suggestions provided in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4bMiWvi) and let us know if any of them can help resolve the issue.

Additionally, please confirm if Trend Micro antivirus is installed on your computer. Also, please submit the crash report so that we can review it with the team. You can follow the steps outlined in this article (https://adobe.ly/3UQZKq9) to submit the crash report. Make sure to include your email address while submitting, and please use the same email ID that you're logged in with on the community forum. This will help us locate the crash report on the back end.

Also, please confirm the OS & Ai version as well.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you further in resolving this issue.

Thanks,

Anshul Saini

in fact it only closes the tab, for example when clicking to open a new document, it closes the interface to choose the size of that document, when opening the color picker it closes it before I select the color, but it only closes the tab. The program stays open, I just can't execute the functions that open a tab because they close quickly

Hello @Nicolas Fernandes,

Thanks for sharing the details. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
