When I open my .EPS file in Inspire (I can see the double lines in Illustrator also) in Aspire to make 3D shapes, some of my files have extra lines that I can't select, it does the same if the drawing line are 3pt.round. Some files react ok when I change the 3pt.round to Basic (which I need for Aspire) but others make that unclear/double/fuzzy lines that don't work in Aspire.
The problem is not with Aspire because I can see the difference of lines in Illustrator, even if all the line settings/proprieties are the same.
Anyone can help? I need this for a contract I have, before monday.
Thank you
P.S. I attach some pics to see the differences in the lines
No, nothing in the Appearance panel, thats why I attached a pic of it. I found out why it did what it did, and it's in the way to save the file. The pre set save setting had change without me noticing and I resale everything in High resolution (instead of medium) and it fixed the extra lines problem.
Thank you for your time all!
Danielle

Not Inspire... Aspire
Sorry for the confusion

Your screenshots are very low resolution.
They do not contain the relevant panels (Appearance panel would be needed)
3 Pt Round is a brush. When exporting that to EPS, it will be outlined (and you will get a shape instead of a path)
Please embed screenshots in your posts. So we do not need to click on them to see them.

Sorry for the images but I did what I can in the time I had (this is what I get when I Print screen in Windows 11).
I don't want the 3Pt Round (brush) and that is why I always change it for Basic, which works well for 90% of my images. Here is another screen shot with the Appearance panel this time.
I save as an .EPS and bring it to Aspire to create 3D model. Aspire can't handle these double lines, and that is what I am trying to get rid of by making them Basic. It doeant seem to work here... why?
Thank you

If you do not want a brush applied to your artwork, don't draw with the brush tool. Use the pencil tool.
But if you want to prevent outlining of strokes, they must not be brushes.

Thank you but that doeasnt explain why it works more than 90% of the time, in fact I have been doing this for a while now and never had that problem before. I would just like to understand what's going on, and I also am trying to prevent to redo all that work.

Check your artwork in the Appearance panel. And probably there is some appearance applied to it which causes the outlining. Aside from brushes this could also be width profiles or aligned stroke to outside or inside.
