I've encountered a rendering issue starting in Illustrator 29.6.0, and it's still present in 29.6.1. Here's how to reproduce it:
Result:
The rendering becomes corrupted for any object positioned beneath the clipping mask (try placing a filled shape underneath to see the issue clearly).
Additional Notes:
System:
iMac Retina 5K (27", 2017)
macOS Ventura 13.7.6

Hello @Ajlouny,
I tried replicating this behavior on my end, but could not. Could you please share a detailed screen recording of your workflow and the problem, and the following files, so I can check this with the product team:
For macOS computers:
1) AISniffer file
- Close all Adobe applications
- Navigate to the Illustrator Preferences folder and copy the AiSniffer file to the desktop from this location: Users/YOUR USERNAME/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator #(version Number)Settings > AISniffer
2) System Report
- You can generate it from the Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report > Save to the desktop.
Please upload the files to Google Drive/Dropbox/etc and share a public link here or via DM so that we can investigate this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I have this exact same issue, I have to keep switching from GPU to CPU to view artwork. Am also on iMac Pro 2017, but with Mac OS Sequoia.
