Button for Offset Path and Expand

Would it be possible to have the offset path function as well as expand as a button or in the context menu. I use these quite often and to always go to the menu is quite cumbersome. Or even better to have them as a tool so one could add them to a custom toolbar.

Yeah, I was trying to avoid adding more shortcuts I would have to remember. With all those shortcuts in Adobe products, plus Microsoft products, and now 3 different 3D and texture programs I had to learn, I am getting tired of it, but thank you for your fast reply. It's appreciated.
