I've paid for a subscription to Adobe Illustrator for years because I'm an illustrator. I like to illustrate. I like vector art especially. What I don't like is generative AI stealing from us, prompting me to try it while I'm working, or robbing me of freelancing opportunities.
I feel like Adobe Illustrator is circling the drain. If Adobe wants to sell an AI product to losers who can't draw make it a seperate program and get it out of Illustrator. Leave us alone, let us draw. We never asked for this garbage.
Thanks for sharing how you feel. We hear you. Your passion for illustration really comes through, and it’s completely fair to want a space focused solely on drawing, without AI features getting in the way.
