Alas, there's no way to restore it. While the intention to rasterize a vector graphic is not destructive, per se, the net effect entirely alters the composition of the file. Unless, as Jeff already offered, you're lucky enough to be able to use Edit>Undo or File>Revert to go backward to the spot before the transformation, you're flat out of luck.

 

However, you can use Illustrator tracing functions/path tools to recreate it, though detail will be lost round-tripping the file and it may require considerable manually-applied attention to approximate where you started.

If you have not closed your file yet, you could press Command on Mac [Control on Windows] + Z multiple times to Uundo multiple times to before you Rasterized. Or if you have not saved the changes, you could use File > Revert, which will go back to the last saved version.

I don't have the vector file and I can't go back, I don't have backups and I haven't worked on the same computer. My question was whether having an external file rasterized with illustrator, if there was a way to restore it, thanks

You rsterized your artwork? By using Object > Rasterize? Or Effect > Rasterize?

Or you exported as raster and deleted the original vector file?

 

Did you cloe the original file in the meantime?

Do you have a backup?
