I just got iPad (9th generation)

Can I use photoshop illustrator on my iPad ? 

If then, I would really appreciate if somebody let me know how can I get the application?

you can download the Adobe Illustrator application directly from the App Store.

There are versions for the iPad, but they are not the same as the desktop versions. They are limited in functionality.
