Can I use Illustrator on my iPAD?

I just got iPad (9th generation)

Can I use photoshop illustrator on my iPad ?

If then, I would really appreciate if somebody let me know how can I get the application?

There are versions for the iPad, but they are not the same as the desktop versions. They are limited in functionality.
