Can I use text to vector for commercial applications?
Can someone please point me to some legalese describing how I can use graphics generated with Text to Vector? The legal department will want to know.
I created an icon, and the client likes it (yay!), and wants to use it on packaging. I want to make sure we have the rights to do that.
I converted it to outlines and tweaked it, added some text and whatnot. It's no longer connected to the original prompt.
I found this: https://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms/adobe-gen-ai-user-guidelines.html, which specifies in #8 that "... if Adobe designates in the product or elsewhere that a beta version of a generative AI feature cannot be used commercially, then the generated outputs from that beta feature are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially."
So is there someplace that says that Text to Vector cannot be used commercially?
Please advise, thanks.
