Can Not Install Illustrator - Says I Do Not Have Enough Space

I can not install Illustrator. It says I do not have enough free space. I have uninstalled everything I can. If I could uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro I would have the space.

I posted a post about my problem uninstalling Reader in a separate post. So far I have not recieved an answer.

Simple - upgrade your hardware to allow more space for installs.

Even if you squeak enough to install, it won't be enough free space to run the software.

I've given up. I'm installing on an old computer. I'll see if I can use it.

I don't think I have enough space. I'm going to use on an old computer. That might work. Thanks.

Hello @reneet31623790,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by sishamIAGD and Mariam helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove the apps and then try reinstalling to check if it helps.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, as asked by Mylenium, like the exact version of the OS and the space available on the hard drive so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Sounds like you need to get an upgrade, what system are you running?

I don't think it can be upgraded. I'm going to try to use on an old computer. Thanks

Well, not meaning to be smartass-y, but of course you won't receive any answers if you don't provide actual system info and details about how much storage space you actualyl have available. Provide that info and I'm sure we can tel lyou what to do.

Sorry didn't mean to sound smartass-y. I don't have enough space on new computer. I'm going to try to use on an older computer. It may me slower, but I 'll have the space use it. Thanks for everyones suggestions.
