Can't find a way to select stroke end cap options

I am trying to make my pen strokes have a round end cap option but I can't seem to find a way to make it work because those options are not present in my stoke panel selections?

I am wondring if it's because I'm using creative cloud or is it because of something else?

And here are my current options with no End Cap in options in sight:

Click the double arrow in the top left corner to expand the panel.

It's actually the "pancake" icon you want to pull down. Most panels have the Show/Hide options under this menu.
