Can't finish previewing could not complete the requested operation Illustrator V. 26.1

 The whole file went white and switched to outline CPU mode and i can't turn to preview mode and tried evrething, (Ctrl+y) didn't work my laptop have more then enogh space as well as my adobe cloud space.

 

My laptop: Serface Windows 10

How much RAM and VRAM/Graphics card do you have?

It could be a GPU/rendering issue.

I have 8 gigabyte RAM

how to make sure if theres rendering issue?

8 GB of RAM is just barely the minimum for Illustrator to run at all. 16 GB is recommended.
