Can't generate patterns in Illustrator due to high demand

I've been getting this message in illustrator everyday since the past month whenever I try to generate a pattern, shape fill, or vector illustration. I have checked and my software is up to date, and I am connected to the internet. What am I missing?

Would you mind trying the suggestions in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4dsInBx) to contact your Adobe admin to see if they help?

Additionally, please check if you have any VPN/Antivirus software enabled, temporarily disable them and share your observations.
