Hi please help.

I guess my question may be, can you use the same adobe license in 2 different user accounts for Windows 10?

I have created a second windows user account. I can use my adobe services without any issue in the original user account. There is a google drive for pc connected to that user account already, but I have a different google drive that I want to access. I cannot figure out how to connect 2 g drives to the one user account although every google search says you can do it, so I created a new windows user account. I set that account up using the email address relative to the google drive I want to connect. All was good until I opened up illustrator and saw my creative cloud folder was empty. I hit the blue icon and was taken to the account page, which was the correct adobe account. I could see my files, however I could not open them in illustrator in the new windows user account I created.

I was able to create a document in that illustrator, and save it. So what I don't undersand here is, where is it saving too. Because it says it's logged into my adobe account, however I cannot access my files, and even though I can save the document I created, when I log back in to my original windows user account, the file doesn't show up there with the rest of my creative cloud files, so where is it being saved I only have one account.

But more importantly, why can't I access my creative cloud files in a different windows user account?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hello @Caleb284359150evc,

Thanks for reaching out. Your individual license lets you install your Adobe app on more than one computer, sign in (activate) on two, but use it on only one computer at a time. Learn more here: (https://adobe.ly/4aZumL4).

Illustrator supports working across networks, removable media, and cloud-synced folders (Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive, etc.) and is vigorously tested across multiple configurations. However, not all configurations, including different software, hardware, settings, and access rights, have been tested. Therefore, your configuration can cause errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior. You may learn more about this here: (https://adobe.ly/447Ppsn).

To avoid such problems, we recommend working on your files from a local directory, like the Desktop, and manually copying them to the removable media, network drive, or the cloud-synced folder.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,
Anubhav
