The Illustrator crushes when i try to open any file (ai, pdf) or create a new file since yesterday. Illustrator is installed on Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried resetting the Illustrator preferences.
How to set preferences in Illustrator
"Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Illustrator. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator."

Thank you for your suggestion, good idea with resetting preferences - it didn't work, though. When I try to open any file or create new, I get 'busy' cursor on Windows 10.

Where are your files located?
Is a printer connected, set up as default printer and turned on? Yes, it's important.

I noticed that when i tried to print anything in Photoshop - the program freezed. So apparently the printer was causing this issue (I was having it repaired). I uninstalled printer drivers completely and everything works just fine. Thank you Monika! In my honest opinion, Adobe software should be immune to these kind of problems, but i guess the're working on that this issue is resolved, thank you!
