Can't remove my black outline

I have produced this shape within Illustrator, but can't seem to be able to remove the black outline. There is no stroke within any of the three shapes that have been grouped, but the outline still shows. Have attached an image. What does everyone suggest?

Please open the Appearance panel from the WIndows menu and then take a look at it. Maybe the stroke is applied to the layer.
