can't save the illustrator file

hi 

i use illustrator 2020 and recent i have some problem 

when i save the file, the program suddenly shut down and it didnt save the file. 

there are enugh space in my laptop, and the file is not too big. it just 390mb

how can i solve the problem

have you tried saving your file elsewhere and check if you are experiencing the same problem?

Hi. As @gianvitulano said, check if that happens saving the file on other folders or locations; for example, if you're saving in a network then try saving in a local folder. Also, check if that issue happens with any file.

Any Non-ASCII characters in the file or folder names? Try without them.

Also: Did you check fonts?

And then: if there is no printer attached, connect one and select it as the default printer.
