Community Beginner ,
Jun 05, 2019 Jun 05, 2019

Hi. I'm working with Adobe Illustrator CC 2019 and I can't rotate and scale object from sides (everything is ok with corners) with selection tool. When I'm trying do this, I only can pick up anchor point an move object. It happens only with small objects. (Bounding box is enabled) How can I fix it?

Using the Selection tool to Scale or Rotate with a very small object can get really tricky. You should try zooming in with the Zoom tool (Z) first.

You could hide the shape widgets.

Click on this button in the control panel.

A shape needs to be selected and then a corresponding tool needs to be active.

Tomas,

I believe zooming in will do it, if you prefer to avoid (temporarily) hiding the shape widgets as suggested by Monika.

From the beginning (OP or original post) it seems that you have Bounding Box shown already,

(Bounding box is enabled)

It my be worth sending a feature request about some easy way to suspend/toggle on and off the shape widgets.
