Hi @Omar32006750casw,

I understand that you've been experiencing difficulties accessing Illustrator despite having an active Creative Cloud plan. I can imagine how frustrating this must be.

This has happened to several users, and the issue was fixed by signing out and then signing in again from the Creative Cloud app.

However, if the issue persists, could you please share the logs via DM using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html) and s

  • macOS security settings might prevent applications from launching. Go to your macOS System Settings, click on "Privacy & Security" in the sidebar, then navigate to the "Security" section. There, you might find an "Open Anyway" option next to a message about the Illustrator Beta app being blocked from opening. Clicking this button should allow the app to launch.

Feel free to try these steps, and if the issue still remains, don't hesitate to reach out for further assistance.

Hi Anshul Saini,

I can't find my "Adobe Illustration (Beta)" in my app anymore. Besides that, it didn't show anything in my Security Section either. Please refer to the pictures attached. Thanks

Hi,
5 days ago, I started to face a similar problem. The caption of Illustrator was (open) now it became (try). I pay monthly for the whole collection. All the other apps work smoothly except for Illustrator after the last update.
What should I do?

Hi @Omar32006750casw,

I understand that you've been experiencing difficulties accessing Illustrator despite having an active Creative Cloud plan. I can imagine how frustrating this must be.

This has happened to several users, and the issue was fixed by signing out and then signing in again from the Creative Cloud app.

However, if the issue persists, could you please share the logs via DM using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html) and some folder from the following location (create a zip of the folder for sharing):

On MAC:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/com.adobe.accc.apps/products
/Users/Shared/Adobe/OOBE/

On Windows:
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE\com.adobe.accc.apps\products?

These logs can provide valuable insights into what might be causing this and help us diagnose the problem more effectively.

I hope this helps and that you can get back to using Adobe apps without any further issues!

Best,

Anshul Saini
