Can't view objects outside art box

Im not able to view any objects i placed outside the artbox on illustrator, the trim view is not on, im wonder how i can fix that. Thanks in advanced!

It says Trim View, uncheck that in the View menu

There's an underscore in the Layers panel. Something is masked.
